It takes just 3 ingredients to throw together these perfectly cute, extremely easy, and super yummy Valentine Pretzel Hugs.
Valentine’s Day is in 10 days!!! What are you and your kids handing out to those you love and care about? I think homemade treats are the best way to say “I love you”. They are tasty and show that you put effort and thought into your gift. Life is hectic though so if you need a very quick and easy Valentine’s Day recipe, these Valentine Pretzel Hugs are for you! Plus they are so delicious because it’s sweet & salty and HELLO! Chocolate is involved!
Have you guys ever seen a stop motion video? I’m sure you have. There are lots of ads that use it. What is stop motion? It’s pictures strung together into a video making it have a flip book effect. Between taking each picture I moved the food a tiny bit and then took another photo. So, when you quickly flip through the 200+ pictures it looks like the food is moving all on its own. Pretty fun!
Aren’t these the cutest!?! I found these giant m&m’s that have messages on them like the conversation hearts but this candy actually tastes good! Conversation hearts taste like chalk with a little bit of sugar added. I’m so glad m&m found a way to share messages on chocolate.
Behind those large m&m are Hugs. Not only do I love the taste of Hugs but that black white contrast is beautiful and really makes those pink and red m&m’s pop.
I was going to use the square pretzels but I didn’t have enough which was okay because the twist pretzels have a heart shape. Score! Perfect for Valentine’s Day!
These treats are seriously such a cinch to make! Three ingredients people! Your 4 year old can make these. Now, it depends on how skilled you are at unwrapping the hugs but you should be able to get in and out of the kitchen within 10 minutes. If you want to speed up the chocolate hardening, just pop these cuties in the fridge for 30 minutes. Voila!
