- Cornmeal– This helps thicken the sauce of your dish. If you read the ingredient list on a packet, you’ll see it there.
- Cumin– Adds a warm earthy flavor with both a little sweetness and bitterness.
- Oregano– Adds a bold earthy flavor with slight bitterness.
