Today I’m teaming up with a few other blogging buddies to each bring you some of our favorite holiday treats. And believe me, these are eight Christmas treats you don’t want to miss! Add these to your holiday baking!
What have you already been whipping up? Today I made homemade peanut brittle. I burned the first batch (thankfully I had halved the recipe), but the second batch turned out perfect. Turns out my candy thermometer is not reliable so I just held my instant read thermometer in it toward the end to make sure I didn’t cook it too long. Perfection! And now I can’t stop eating it. And that’s why I love the holidays. So many delicious treats that are irresistibly good.
Are there any recipes you’re had a hard time getting right but when you finally got it down it became your absolute favorite? Sometimes the hardest things to make are the most worth it, and soon it will become easy and almost second nature. Happy holiday baking!
