- Sweet Potatoes– When baking multiple sweet potatoes, try to pick ones of similar size so they all finish baking at the same time. Potatoes large in width will require longer baking.
- Butter– This adds flavor and creaminess to the potatoes.
- Brown Sugar– This not only sweetness but also a depth of flavor.
- Marshmallows– These are for those with a sweet tooth and a love of toasted marshmallows.
- Cinnamon– This warm spice gives the sweet potato a similar flavor to pumpkin pie.

How to bake sweet potatoes:
Time needed: 50 minutes

Wash and dry potatoes. Poke several times with a fork (about 1 inch deep).
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil. - Bake
Bake potatoes for 45-60 minutes until they can easily be poked with a fork.
