FAQs
Don’t have cornflakes? Crush up crackers (like Ritz), pretzels, or other unsweetened cereal like Chex. Bread crumbs also work. I prefer Panko bread crumbs for their larger crumb and crispier texture.
Don’t have Ranch Dressing Mix on hand? Use 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. parsley, 1/2 tsp. dried dill, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. mustard powder, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
TOOLS USED TO MAKE THIS PARMESAN CRUSTED TILAPIA:
- Half-Sheet Pan– I LOVE these pans. I use them all the time for sheet cakes, cookies, roasting vegetables, baking chicken…
- Ranch Seasoning Mix– This is great for making semi-homemade dressing but also for adding to other recipes like Ranch Chicken and Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing.
- Microplane/ Zester– I use this from zesting lemon and limes to finely grated Parmesan cheese or chocolate.
